Book2Us collaborative with Pos Laju to delivery the items to the buyers. The item will arrive at the destination within 5 working days. This is the promise that given by Book2Us and Pos Laju. Buyer can know when and where the item of their purchase arrived through Global Positioning System (GPS), Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL), Estimated time of arrival (ETA) and Estimated time enroute (ETE).
Book2Us also provide Book2Us Guarantee to buyers. The buyers can return/exchange the item within 15 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Application for Returns/ Exchange
Buyer may apply for the return of the purchased items and/or exchange the item to the expiry of Book2Us Guarantee Period as stated in Terms of Service.
Book2Us Guarantee is a service provided by Book2Us, on request, to assist users in dealing with certain conflicts which may arise during the course of a transaction. Users may communicate with Book2Us privately to resolve their problems.
2.Application for Return / Exchange of an Item
Buyer may only apply for return and/or exchange of the item in the following circumstances:

The item has not been received by Buyer;

The item received is incomplete (missing quantity);

The seller has delivered an item that does not match the agreed specification (eg: wrong classification);

The item received has physical damage
Buyer may provide the formal notification to Book2Us to request for return/exchange item.
